UAE Deliveries
Orders within the UAE are handled by Quiqup, offering same-day or next-day delivery in major cities.
A tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
International Deliveries
- We ship worldwide with DHL Go Green Freight Solutions, ensuring reduced environmental impact.
- Delivery times range from 3-5 working days depending on your location.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, volumetric weight of the items, and the destination at checkout.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local sales taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items following the guidelines below.
Returns Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- You must request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at hello@mycanopy.store with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and customs duties, which will be deducted from your store credit or refund.
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-45 days, depending on your bank.
- If you prefer, you can opt for store credit instead of a refund.
- If you need an exchange, the fastest way is to return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
