Refund Policy

At My Canopy, we take great care in ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of craftsmanship. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Return & Refund Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Custom orders, personalized items, and sale items are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at hello@mycanopy.store with your order number and reason for return.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
  • If you choose a store credit or an exchange, return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit.
  • My Canopy does not offer free return shipping, except in cases where the wrong product was sent, the item was damaged during shipping, or the product is defective.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work towards a resolution as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the item you want as soon as possible, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product and returning the original item as per the process above.

Eligibility for Refunds

We will happily cover the costs of return and issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was sent.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The product is defective or tampered.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 to 45 days, depending on your bank’s processing time. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
